The Sicilian Evo Oil “Capel Venere” has a story to tell … its origins come from afar, and precisely from 1720 when, the ancestors of the Trainito family, they began to devote themselves to the cultivation of olive trees and wheat in the Regalsciacca estates.
Just as then, aware that respect for tradition can be an added value, Oleificio Trainito cultivates, produces and sells Sicilian extra virgin olive oil with superior organoleptic qualities.
The laboratory analyzes of our extra virgin olive oil have shown a value of oleic acid equal to 0.2gr on 100gr when, by law, the maximum limit for extra virgin olive oil is 0.8gr.
The fertility of the soil, the climate and the splendor of the sun of the area of Sicily where our olives are harvested and our extra virgin olive oil is produced, significantly affect the excellent quality of the product.
We also offer our Sicilian extra virgin olive oil in packs of 6 bottles of 500 ml, the ideal solution to ensure a good supply of good Sicilian oil to be used without limits in the kitchen, both in cooking dishes and for raw dressing. The cultivars from which we cold extract the Sicilian IGP “Capel Venere” oil are Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Coratina.
