The “Grotte Capel Venere” farm in Trainito Salvatore is an individual company that has been active in the cultivation of olive trees since 1971. Today it produces Sicilian oil in an innovative factory with an adjoining cold extraction and bottling plant.

It is based in the Province of Palermo in the territory of Castronovo di Sicilia for the management of the family estates in the Regalsciacca district and Grotte Capelvenere.
